Using this site

aiexperthire.com is an informational site for a service that is pre-launch. Reading the site, joining the waitlist or applying to the network creates no obligation on either side. No engagement, placement or contract is formed through the site. By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The services in brief

AI Expert Hire is a placement agency. We introduce businesses to independent AI experts, fractional experts, partner firms and candidates for full-time roles. We are not the employer of any expert, and we do not direct or supervise the work.

Any engagement that comes out of an introduction is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us, and by your own contract with the expert or firm. Fee terms live in that agreement, and a plain-English summary is on our pricing page.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, and we say plainly where we are pre-launch. We do not guarantee any outcome from an introduction, a brief or an engagement. Illustrative examples on the site are labeled as such. Read our disclaimers for the detail.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the site
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent applications or waitlist entries
• Submit forms on behalf of someone else without their permission
• Misuse our forms, including automated or bulk submissions
• Do anything that interferes with the site or the people who use it

We can remove a waitlist entry or application that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including the copy, the design and the questions we ask, belongs to AI Expert Hire. You are welcome to share links to any page. Please do not reproduce the content elsewhere without asking us first.

Third-party links

The site links to other sites and tools, such as scheduling pages and video platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, AI Expert Hire is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for use of the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute about the site is handled in the state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
