These disclaimers apply to aiexperthire.com and to the services of AI Expert Hire, based in Denver, Colorado. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If a signed agreement with us says something different, the signed agreement controls.

Not legal, tax, or financial advice

What you read on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, or employment advice. Talk to your own advisors before you make decisions about hiring, contracts, or taxes.

We are a placement agency, not your employer

We introduce businesses to independent AI experts, fractional experts, partner firms, and candidates for full-time roles. We are not the employer, co-employer, or staffing agency of record for any expert, and we do not direct, supervise, or control the work.

If you are a business, you decide how to engage the person or firm you hire. You are responsible for your contract with them, for classifying them correctly as a contractor or employee, and for payroll, taxes, benefits, insurance, and ownership of the work. If you hire someone full time, they are your employee from day one.

If you are an expert or firm, you run your own business. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licenses, and the work you deliver.

The 14-day free trial

The 14-day free trial means you pay us nothing for the first 14 days after your expert or firm starts. Our fee applies only if you keep the engagement going past day 14.

Your expert's time is separate. We try to negotiate free trial days with your expert or firm for every placement, but depending on the scope it is not always possible. Before you start, we tell you in writing whether your trial days are free, discounted, or billed, and at what rate. If you stop before day 14, you owe us nothing. You may still owe your expert for any billed trial work you agreed to.

Fees

Our fee is a percentage of the first-year engagement, and it applies only if you continue past day 14. It is split between the client and the expert or firm, and each side pays less than 10%. For a full-time hire, we confirm with you before anything starts whether the fee is split or paid by you alone. We negotiate the expert's rate on the client's behalf, and we tell both sides what each pays us. You pay your expert or firm directly. Experts never pay anything to apply or to join.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to make good matches, but we cannot promise any particular outcome, timeline, cost saving, or return on investment. Results depend on your business, your data, your team, and the work itself. Timelines such as a match within 7 days are targets we aim for, not guarantees. If we cannot hit one, we tell you why and when to expect your match.

How we vet experts

Every expert in our network goes through a review of a system they have live in a real business, a skills test, an interview with a working practitioner, and a reference call. Vetting lowers risk, but it is not a certification or a guarantee. We review experts over time and remove anyone who does not meet our standards. You are still responsible for your own judgment about who you hire, and for checking anything that matters to you, such as licenses, security practices, or background checks.

Rematches

If your match is not the right fit, we will rematch you at no extra fee from us, up to three times per engagement. If no match works out, you owe us nothing.

Example matches and images

The match cards on our site are illustrative examples that show how a match works. They are not real experts, clients, or results. The headshots on those examples are generated with AI and are labeled that way. When we share real client stories, we will say so and use them only with permission.

Third-party statistics

We sometimes quote research from other organizations, such as the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses survey. We name the source and date. Those organizations do not endorse AI Expert Hire, and their findings may not reflect your situation.

Partners and material connections

Some people who talk about AI Expert Hire are our partners or advisors. Some of them may receive referral fees or hold equity in our company. We ask every partner to clearly disclose that relationship whenever they promote us. If you see a partner post without a disclosure, please tell us.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities. Any equity is offered only to selected partners through a private written agreement.

Use of AI in our process

We use AI tools to help run the business. That can include organizing and summarizing applications, checking submitted materials, and helping us compare experts against what a client needs. A person on our team reviews the results and makes the final decision about who joins our network and who gets matched. If you apply and we decide not to move forward, you can ask us how the decision was made, correct any information we used, and ask for a person to review it again. Where the law requires us to tell you before AI is used in a decision about you, we will.

We link to other websites for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Your information

We collect the information you put in our forms, such as your name, business, email, phone, LinkedIn, videos, references, and rates, to run our matching service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and how to ask us to delete it. We only text you if you agree to it, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Changes

We may update these disclaimers. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
