Our fee
You never pay us for the scoping call or the 14-day free trial. You pay us only if you keep the engagement going past day 14. Our fee is a percentage of the first-year engagement, split between you and your expert or firm, so each side pays less than 10%. We negotiate the rate with your expert or firm on your behalf and match you to someone who fits your budget. You pay them directly at the rate we negotiate.
Your expert
You never haggle with your expert. Tell us your budget on the scoping call, and we match you to an expert or team that fits it and negotiate the rate with them on your behalf. A fractional expert, a project team and a full-time hire are priced very differently, so we set expectations before you meet anyone. You pay your expert or firm directly at the rate we negotiate.
Tell us. During the 14-day free trial you can stop at any time, you owe us nothing, and we rematch you. If an expert underperforms after you hire, they are removed from the network and we rematch you at no cost.
There is a short written agreement covering the free trial and our fee. You contract directly with your expert or firm for the work.
Yes. If a fractional engagement turns into a full-time role, tell us and we agree how our fee applies before anything changes. You still pay your expert directly.
