What We Collect, and What We Do With It.

Who we are

AI Expert Hire is a placement agency for vetted AI experts and teams, based in Denver, Colorado. This policy explains what we collect when you use aiexperthire.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about any of it, email carter@lincolnlabs.co.

What we collect

Most of what we hold is what you type into our forms. Depending on which form you fill in, that can include:

• Your name, business name, email address and phone number
• Your city and time zone
• LinkedIn, website and portfolio links
• Loom and other video links you share with us
• The names and contact details of references you give us
• Your rates, pricing structure and availability
• Your answers to our questions about your business, your skills and your work

We also collect basic technical data when you visit the site, such as your browser type, the pages you visit and rough timing. Our host collects standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use what you give us to:

• Run the matching service, including writing your free brief and lining up a match
• Send you your brief and contact you about your request
• Review applications from experts and firms, including watching the videos you link and calling the references you name
• Keep you posted when your cohort opens, if you asked us to
• Improve the site and the questions we ask

We do not use your information for anything unrelated to the service, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We share your information only when we need to in order to run the service:

• The services that host the site and our forms (Netlify), and the email, scheduling and video tools we use to run the business
• A client or an expert, only when you ask us to make a match. A business owner sees an expert's profile when we propose them, and an expert sees the scope of the business we propose them for
• Professional advisors, or authorities if the law requires it

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

References

When you give us a reference, you confirm that you have that person's permission for us to contact them about your work. We use their details only to make that call, and we hold them alongside your application.

Calls and texts

We call or text you only if you tick the consent box on the form. Consent is not required to use our service. If you consented and change your mind, reply STOP to any text, or email us, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and waitlist entries for as long as the network is active, or until you ask us to delete them. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our host and then cleared.

Your choices

Email us at carter@lincolnlabs.co at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We reply to every request.

If you live in California: we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know what we collect, to ask us to delete it, and to not be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, because there is no agreed standard for them.

Children

The site and our services are for business owners, experts and firms. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we tell the people on our lists by email.
